Matthew Bowman - Cutler Real Estate Agent

Dog Lover, Family, Foodie, Traveling

Cutler Real Estate asked Matthew a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Matthew's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I went to Woodridge High school in Cuyahoga Falls. From there I went to Kent State University for my Business Management Degree. After Kent State I went to Hondros to earn my license in Real Estate.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I chose a career in Real Estate because of the freedom that it comes with. Because I make my own schedule (for the most part) I finally have a chance to spend quality time with my wife and family.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live just outside of Green. It's great because I'm so centrally located. My wife and I have friends and family all over and this gives us the chance to see everyone when we need to without making a large commute. It's also great for shopping. Even though we aren't within close proximity to any great shopping we are about 20 minutes away from several large shopping areas in any direction

4. How do you spend your free time?

The most important thing to me is family. I like to spend my time with my wife, family, and friends every chance I get. My two dogs are also a huge part of my life so when I get a chance I like to take them to the park to play. As far as hobbies go I don't really do anything special but I do enjoy games, paintball, traveling, watching movies, shopping, and trying out new restaurants.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My 2 dogs, Toby (Shiba Inu) and Meeko (Pomeranian). My cell phone (I know it's bad but it's my lifeblood). After that I guess my car and my house. That's only because everyone needs shelter and a way to work. Not to mention, who wants to buy a house from a guy who has no way to show houses or doesn't even own one himself.
