Cutler Real Estate asked Luann a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Luann's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I earned my real estate license in 2014 at which time I was a member of NAR and ABOR. I obtained a CNE designation through a training program. Most recently, I have been working as a Property Manager at a FAH property in Kent, OH. I hold an ARM designation with IREM and obtained a COS designation through NCHM.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

Real Estate sales has been a part of my life for a long time as my mother was a Realtor many years ago. I love the entrepreneurship of the business and the pride of success. The joy in helping clients either find their perfect house or a quick, equitable sale is amazing. I also like the fact this particular profession incorporates and allows time in our schedule to give back to the community by way of community services.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I just recently moved to Cuyahoga Falls, OH. I haven't experienced all it has to offer yet, but am slowly getting acquainted. The city is very active with many events, parks and great restaurants to enjoy. I feel my new neighborhood is friendly with a pride of ownership throughout.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend as much time as possible visiting my family and staying connected with friends. I love social gatherings that provide the opportunity to meet new friends. I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, going to dog parks and being active outside as much as possible.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

  1. Walking shoes
  2. Dog
  3. Printed photos
  4. Mother's ring
  5. Bicycle

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
